This service is available to print Certified copies of Missouri Births and Death Records. There is a nominal fee (set by the state) associated with these documents. The link below is for the application, it can be printed filled out and brought into the health department for printing. The fee is due at the time of the record search and payment can be made with cash or check (Proper identification required).
