The Fundraising Team
Being involved in our community is very important to our fundraising team. We take pride in our efforts to support those in need. We are not limited to organizations that we provide funding to however we search deep within our souls to see where our efforts can be best utilized.
The Fundraising Team at BCHD has expanded it’s donations to include (but not limited to): Benton County Cancer Fund, Christmas for Kids, and scholarships for local students that are pursuing degrees in the Public Health or Environmental fields.

Christmas for Kids
Nothing feels any better than helping others. BCHD Fundraising Team, yearly helps with funding for our local Christmas for Kids. Donations are given based on our efforts of “fundraising in style”. We have done a variety of things such as selling candles, silent auctions, bake sales, jeans day throughout the community, Christmas ornaments and office dinners.
Scholarships for Benton County Seniors
The BCHD Fundraising Team does 3 annual scholarships to local high school seniors, one for each county school. The only thing the Team asks is that the applicant be going into a field of study in some form of Health Occupations or Environmental Studies. The Fundraising Team feels it is important to keep the younger generation interested in Public Health Care and Practices.
